Problems with this unit, bought and returned three of these

I have purchased and returned three of these Revain Soundstorm lab units. Each of them turned on and after a few seconds turned off. Sound Storm SD 364b and is in the process of being rewired. This device is much more stable and better processed. One of the issues I have is the $24 shipping fee with every return. Revain reimbursed me for two devices. and everyone on the hotline was really helpful. I strongly recommend buying a better device. I hired a professional installer as I also bought a 20 inch monitor to make sure everything was connected properly. The last unit I am returning is minus one cable, I am hoping to get a full refund for all my efforts.
