Works great, loved the options. That's exactly what I wanted. Good picture and sound. Easy to use. So far very reliable.

Although I haven't installed it yet, I was pleased with its packaging and all the extra cables that came with it. I would be happy to hear the sound quality and test the durability. From what I've read, Sound Storm has a good track record.

This works great in our boat and will no doubt last many hours! Thank you for the all in one pack, I was a bit disappointed although it was my reading mistake that it doesn't have a radio and still would have to have a separate radio but the compact size of this will allow it to be placed site and the remote control is great!

I bought this DVD player to use in an old conversion van. It was a great addition. However, the main reason I wanted to write a review was to compliment the company's customer service. I had a question about the wiring as the old van didn't have the exact connector for the player. They responded very quickly and coordinated my questions with ease. The problem was fixed and everything has been working great ever since.

Although I really like this DVD player, with one exception, the first one I received didn't work properly. The remote control doesn't work (or maybe the DVD isn't receiving a signal) but in any case you must have a working remote control to access the required menus (as mentioned in other reviews). While my kids were enjoying the DVD player, the playback speed was sped up and the characters sounded like they'd swallowed helium. So cross out two in my book. I have purchased and returned three of these Revain Soundstorm lab units. Each of them turned on and after a few seconds turned off. Sound Storm SD 364b and is in the process of being rewired. This device is much more stable and better processed. One of the issues I have is the $24 shipping fee with every return. Update December 2014: We sold it with our van about 9 months ago. At that time it still worked great after more than 3 years of use. A simple device that works as needed. Completion of the update. We've been using it in our van for about 1 month now to supplement an old VHS system. The unit came with a surprising amount of cables for various installation purposes.
