The thing is the wrong plastic. It's very thin and brittle. Upon arrival, the leg was already broken. Two tiny plastic buttons lay loose at the bottom of the box. I don't know how many there should be, but they can easily fall through the cracks in the box. I would have sent it back but the courier and I couldn't get everything back in the box. I could try re-gluing the leg but I don't think it's worth the time or effort. It makes this crap worse. as manufactured and sold by reputable companies. I also bought two dog warmers from the same brand but haven't used them yet. I hope they are better than this mess.
