First, let me say that you don't like the brand name or "Made in China". I bought a Wix cabin filter and the same goes for all these cabin filters. They are not exactly sized for the side in the slot. You have to pinch them in the middle to make them fit. When I did that, the Wix filter broke, but the Ecogard didn't. I only use Wix oil filters so I said let me try their cabin filter and wasn't happy. Ecogard - excellent quality! Installation was easy. I didn't have to remove the glove box. I searched further on youtube and found a video that says it is not necessary to remove the glove box and you are right. Just make sure you have good knee cushioning and you'll be fine. Installation time 5 minutes on my 2015 Nissan Versa Note SVI, tested it for 15,000 miles.
