Review on amscan 12-Inch Yellow Sunshine Decorative Party Garlands with Chain Link Design by Barbara Simmons

I bought three of these in Party City and decided I needed another one. You have to understand that you simply get pre-cut strips of paper. They must be connected with tape or glue. I glued each and then secured them with paperclips while they dried. I used them for decorations at my daughter's birthday party in Tangled and they were great for creating the "hair" hanging from the ceiling. The paper was thick and held up well. I wouldn't pay $7 for this - I think I paid $2 for each of mine, which was worth it considering I didn't hand cut all the strips!
