Customer Service from FUNARTY was disappointing.

My most recent interaction with FUNARTY's customer care representatives was disappointing. When I called customer support about an artificial plant I had ordered that had arrived damaged, they were unresponsive and unhelpful in trying to resolve the situation. Even then, it took much longer than anticipated to obtain a replacement after numerous follow-up emails and phone calls. I had a bad overall experience with FUNARTY and would be hesitant to use them again in the future.
