This sharpener will not sharpen pencils. It turns on. He sharpened some pencils while I tested to make sure it worked. I removed it and now he's sharpened 3 more pencils before he just decides this job is too difficult for him. The return date has passed. All pencils come out as dull as they came in (see video). It doesn't have a broken pencil, so don't think it's a problem. I might as well bring my 5 pencils to the office and pay someone two dollars for each pencil to sharpen. I feel that the business model of any company that would deign to make such an inferior product depends on customers deciding it's too much hassle. Come back. Please do not purchase this item unless it is a revenge gift to passive-aggressively tell someone how much you don't like them. If I can stop another person from making such a horrible mistake, it's still not worth what I've been through, but I can at least hope "VEYETTE" doesn't eclipse this planet anymore, and I played a small role in it.
