Useless paperweight from "experienced " seller
System file corruption! Useless paperweight! Windows 10 is locked in "S" mode. Even Microsoft specialists couldn't help after 3 hours on the phone with technical support. Not to mention that I paid extra for fast shipping and it still took forever! I do not recommend this seller at all! So disappointed. Advertised as "tested and ready to use" - yes, that's right! If it had actually been tested, they would have seen system corruption. I bought this for my elderly mum and she was so excited to receive it after watching the window 6 days before delivery but was extremely disappointed in the end!
