I like that it is easy to use, has many features including mobile capabilities which makes my job easier when working out of home or at client sites with limited resources available. The reporting functionality can be improved by adding more data fields so you don't have to drill down through multiple screens just to get what your looking for. It's not all bad! We are using agent intelligence in our agency as well as providing services to some agents who do business directly under us without an independent broker license. This allows them access to their own personal account information via API from within agent intelligent instead of having to go into another system (which would require licensing). Their clients also receive notifications about policy changes in real time allowing me to make sure they're up to date before sending renewal notices.
