Review on RC Pet Products Adjustable 20 Inch by Lindsey Jones

This is a well made collar but it is 1 inch wide and the inside of the collar is nylon. We wanted to avoid getting the nylon on her skin and I thought the inside was the same material as the outside. She has a 15 1/2" neck and we bought a medium sized but the collar is 50% longer than she needs and that makes it almost twice as thick for three quarters around her neck. We live in a very hot climate and that only adds to the heat. Her old collar is 3/4" wide and I didn't realize that the extra quarter inch would make it that much wider on her neck as well. The Bracken pattern is very pretty, but more of a raspberry background than a burgundy as it appears on my monitor.I will see if I can send it back or perhaps donate to our shelter.I think I'll have to find it in a retail store to really see how I'm buying.Cons of buying online .
