See these things work great. Treat them right and they last a few years as very nonstick, then restore them as a little less nonstick for a few more years. NO non-stick pan stays like this forever. And if you want something better, spend more money. It's a damn $15 pot, not a $90 tfal or anything. As for the negative reviews, you can tell from their photos that they overuse their pans, which is why they failed. If you have blackened food on the sides of the pan, you're overusing it. NEVER get it high, and why? If you want to fry something, use a stainless steel or cast iron skillet, NOT an egg skillet. When those ceramic pans go bad, at least they don't release any cancer-causing material like the old Teflon-coated pans. . Treat them with care and they will do their job. I don't even use soap on mine, I just towel dry it while it's still warm and hang it on a hook. Did. NEVER put in the dishwasher. NEVER use detergents. Excuse the tone of the review but I can't stand people who berate the products THEY HAVE ABUSED.
