Media could not be loaded. I bought this item two months ago and it stopped charging, it stayed at 20% for hours, I was very frustrated. However, I reported this to the seller and to my surprise it was replaced under warranty. They sent me a new one which charged very quickly and only took a couple of days to ship. Update: After using the new one twice I had the exact same problem, it won't charge! It leads me to believe that the items themselves are just faulty
