Same model number as the one I replaced. The small area knocked out for the connectors will need to be modified with metal snips for this assembly to fit properly. Make sure the toilet is lowered and the tub drain is closed in case you drop something. Remove the cap by pulling the lens straight down with both hands. Squeeze the spring clips and remove the cover. Remove the lightbulb. Remove the wing nut, then the reflector. Turn off the lights and the fan. Remove one screw and wiggle the fan assembly to pull it down. There are two tabs set into the fan box that hold the opposite side of the screw. You should now have an old block. Now it's time to vacuum up years of dust, clean the reflector and lens. Install new block, shorten if necessary, insert screw, insert dowel, install reflector, wing nut and bulb. Turn on the switch to make sure it's working and see if there's any buzzing or rattling. If necessary, adjust the reflector and lamp to eliminate noise. Install the cap and lens. Half an hour to an hour of your time.
