I'm new to gel nails. Included is a healing time chart and buttons showing 60 seconds, 30 seconds etc. There is a countdown on the top of the device to see how many seconds are left. The time on the map seemed accurate. My nails have become the "nail salon". The price is really good and this curing lamp stays intact and not flimsy. I chose to purchase this separately rather than curing light kits. I believe that was the best way to get the best lamp.
