I have bought these shoes before. They are cute and durable for a toddler. However, the pair I just purchased ran small and I need to return. The seller promises a return label within 5 days. That process took longer than I only received a shipping address to send back, no label. Therefore, I need to pay for the shipping. Then, I must wait several days to track if I get a refund.Poor customer service from the seller.
