User friendly UI which helps to understand how users are using our application by identifying their behaviour patterns over time. Provides detailed insights into features used frequently across all devices within an organization thus helping us identify areas where we can improve upon them further as per business requirements/goals set forth at times of planning phase itself. Overall it is great tool but I dislike its pricing model i.e., pay monthly subscription fee even when one has not utilized any services from this service provider during that particular month! It will be helpful if they have some trial period so people could try out before getting registered fully under those plans offered thereby making sure no extra charges get accrued afterwards while still having access through app without paying anything upfront!! Also provide more flexibility options like allowing customers who just want basic information about what's happening inside your system instead providing full fledged monitoring option would.
