Good Monitoring Tool Helps Improve Application Performance & Quality

User friendly UI which helps to understand how users are using our application by identifying their behaviour patterns over time. Configure for ease-of use and quick setup

It's easy to integrate into our existing products without additional development efforts. There is also no need to write any code - just configure it as an app within your Salesforce org! All data can be accessed via API so that we don't have to rely solely upon their service. I wish there was more granular control over which fields were returned by the APIs versus all of them. Great Tool with room For Improvement

We have been using this tool since it was acquired by Salesforce about 2 years ago now - so we are very familiar! It is easy to set up your data sources within their platform but requires some experience if not used before as they do tend towards being too complex at times when trying new features out etc.. Awesome solution for tracking usage and improving customer experience

As an admin I can see which features are used by our customers using this tool - how to improve it! It is very easy way of monitoring each client's app performance as well usages statistics like time spent there etc., even more so when we have many clients that makes comparing data difficult at times but still possible thanks UI design & UX team who did such great job here :) We do not need any additional tools just one from above mentioned vendor will be enough if your apps run only within…

Great Tool for Internal Endpoint Management

I like that it is easy to understand how each of our features are used by different users within my organization - this helps me prioritize what needs attention next!
