Configure for ease-of use and quick setup

It's easy to integrate into our existing products without additional development efforts. There is also no need to write any code - just configure it as an app within your Salesforce org! All data can be accessed via API so that we don't have to rely solely upon their service. I wish there was more granular control over which fields were returned by the APIs versus all of them. This could cause some issues when pulling reports from multiple sources but not too big of deal since this isn't something used very often. We're able to see how frequently certain features are being utilized across different customers/companies using out system integrations.
