I was able to attach this to my bedside table and wow what a difference. I cleared out the bedside table completely and was able to get everything out of sight here. It's also easy to access when I'm in bed. It's pretty strong when you put it together. It took a few minutes to assemble, but that's okay. You just have to make sure the metal frame fits under the velcro lining around the top. If I didn't have it next to my bed I sure would have found another place in the apartment to use it because it's so convenient and easy. Attach.well I wouldn't guarantee that, I guess if there was a spill like water or something it wouldn't matter much. Not sure if it's waterproof, but in that sense it's pretty solid and reliable. Highly recommended!
