This is a great product and I love how fast I can capture in FPS games. But I have a few minor complaints. First I had to polish a few things to get it working properly, which is fine, but the instructions don't say anything about it so I could see that other people didn't know how to do it. fix these problems. There are a couple of pins on the inside of the L2 and R2 triggers that need to be ground down to allow the bumpers and triggers to activate simultaneously. I saw another review mention this and posted a picture of exactly what needed sanding which was helpful. I also found I had to grind the clear inserts in the triggers. They were too big and didn't fit the trigger molding. Again, it's fine and was fixed quickly, but I was surprised not to see other reviews addressing this issue. Second, these are bumpers. I wish there was a way to install "clicky" triggers without dropping the stock bumpers. The triggers don't click at all, they just give a shorter stroke. While the bumpers seem to click. To me, the feel of the 'clicking' triggers is more like the original bumpers being depressed rather than clicking like bumpers. I think combining the new "clicking" triggers with the original bumpers would be much more natural and consistent. Overall I am very happy with this product! It improves gameplay in difficult situations and is very easy to install. It would be nice if there was a hint on these additional changes that need to be made so that there is no need for troubleshooting :)
