I really enjoyed using this product with my Dell laptop for work. It has a sleek design, a decent range of ports, 4k 60Hz resolution and a power supply that worked great at first until the device started overheating. Suddenly I lost the video and keyboard/mouse functionality. Disconnecting and reconnecting took some time before the device started working again. Then it works for a short time and turns off again. After this behavior, I noticed how much the device heats up. I found that unsettling. It's just a shame I'm returning this unit to "try" another unit like this on Revain. I hope it won't be that hard to find a reliable brand/model with good power supply with 5k or two 4k 60hz via USB-C.
