I didn't want anything fancy - I just wanted a toaster with all the heating elements working and the ability to toast bagels on one side, at a good price. This toaster met my expectations. Firstly very well packaged. Second, it included an instruction manual in large enough print for ready-made and easy instructions. Third, all heating elements work! The optics of the toaster do not heat up during operation. Fourth, the bagel setup worked and the bagel placement instructions were correct! Not much to say on only one use, but the crumb tray seems well placed so should be easy to empty. I am happy with this purchase.
