Thought it would be cool and at first it seemed they work great. The device did not fit our hinges, but the description does not say so. So we had to use double sided tape to put them in place compared to what was supplied, actually got our money back and were told to keep the product. Something about working with only European hinges :( Anyway the light was cool for about 2 weeks then all the batteries die some earlier than others and of course it looks like a car remote not easy to find I would say if you use a good battery then it's cool to have a light in the closet and the idea that they turn off when you close the door is a good idea you just need to find the right ones for your hinges, for which they don't really work a lot of choice what luck!
