Bolts still only break at the front. I suspect it is due to the heat generated by the front brakes. I change my tires often because they are mud tires and a light tap of the rim on the lugs would rip them off. Or they break off when tightening. My 2005 F-150 requires 150 pounds of torque on the studs, and you can't even get 100 pounds of torque on these cheap studs before they break. I ordered two sets of these a few years apart and they are the same. The rear studs don't break, I assume that's because the rear brakes don't get as hot. I've tried pushing out the old bolts and putting in the new Ford bolts but they don't hold the aluminum so the splines just spin when you try to tighten them. Do yourself a favor and spend some extra coins on BORA branded pads so you don't kill anyone!
