Review on kaveno by Kenny Beyer

As a life counselor, I know firsthand how vital it is to focus on the needs of customers. This is one place where I feel Kaveno falls short. Their sports and outdoor gear assortment is excellent, but their service falls short. I've had nothing but trouble with Kaveno's customer service, from unhelpful answers to excessive hold times. In addition, I think Kaveno has a rather limited refund policy. Sometimes it's extremely difficult to return or swap an item, even if it's flawed or doesn't work. As someone who places a premium on integrity in business dealings, I, too, have been let down by Kaveno's advertising. Customers who are trying to make educated purchases may be frustrated by what they perceive to be exaggerated or misleading claims made about their goods. Although Kaveno does some things well as an outdoor sports retailer, they could definitely improve their customer care. If you place a premium on having your questions answered quickly and thoroughly, you may want to seek elsewhere for your sporting goods.
