I bought this for my mom to call her family in Japan. Since she doesn't have a local access number, she used a free access number that incurs a per-minute surcharge. When she first called she was told she had 1 hour and 19 minutes. The quality of the call was not high, and then after 45 minutes a message came in the conversation and the connection dropped. Her sister immediately called my mother, after which my mother noticed a higher voice quality. Since then, my mother has made several attempts, but for some inexplicable reason no one answers. I first bought a $5 card to test this service and I will not add any more money to the card. Also when I contacted in a private FB message no one replied. 7/10: After noticing that DWC had contacted me about their comment (see I received an email the next day offering a discount on future purchases. Changed my rating from three stars to one.
