The product arrived quickly and complete (thanks to the suppliers!). A beautifully designed product that makes it easy for me (6ft 6in) and my frail and much smaller wife to have better showers. Slide even lower for my little grandkids. The quality is good and the installation was not long in coming. Elevate your head - both covers snap together and will not come off once installed, so use caution when attempting assembly. I actually drilled through the internal click pins so they can be removed later if needed.
