Advantages: Easy installation! The guidance going around the edges helped a TON and I was able to get it right the first time. You get two cleaning kits with the two screen protectors, so keep the second one when it comes time to replace the original screen protector. Cons: One of the screen protectors was broken when I opened the package. Not sure what caused this as the other one was fine and I bought a couple of other screen protectors for my phone which were fine too. As I wore one of these before looking for replacement options I guess I was out of luck as I would have had to return the entire package. Spring. Another thing is that the instructions say you have to use your finger to release air bubbles but removing some of them was very difficult. I would recommend doing your best to gently drop the screen so there are no bubbles at all. Overall the screen looks great! I hope it doesn't break after a fall. A customer service card was included in the box so I'll see if they can do something about the broken screen. Will be updated when I contact you! Update: I contacted support very quickly and they helped me completely. I'm changing my rating to 5 stars for the great product and the prompt help I received.
