The best way I can put it is that in terms of customer service, no other firm has come close! They are always there for you or your customers if necessary-even at 3am. No matter how small/big an issue may be they make sure everyone involved gets what's needed without any sort oe fuss!! You'll never find better people than those who work here - even when dealing with big ticket items (ie large orders). There isn't anything major about them as far ussues go but overall excellent all round support from their team across our business which includes both internal call centres & agents working remotely via chat / video calls etc.. The way the service is offered and the way that it is managed. Very professional and excellent customer service. I don't have any dislikes. I would highly recommend Spark Response to any business or company that needs an excellent customer service. We are a leading fashion retailer in the UK. We have been using Spark Response for many years and I can honestly say that they have never let us down. The customer service is excellent and they always ensure that we are satisfied and happy with their service.
