This dress was absolutely beautiful in person. The tulle part of the dress really fluffed out which i really liked a lot and it was good material.
- Lines and dark places are dark blue not black like I expected however still adorable.
- The tutu dress may irritate an infant's skin, especially if they have an existing skin condition or sensitivity
