I'm making a bluetooth predator call and need a small module I can use, with amplification. Well this item looked like it would suit my needs. When I received it I was amazed at the ease with which everything was connected. I had an 8 cell battery and I also connected the speaker wires to the board. As soon as I did that, there was a hiss from the speaker - no bluetooth connected to my phone. Then I plugged it in and played two minutes of silence. The hiss was still there. I then plugged the 5.5*2.1 into USB to try a different power source (although battery power is the cleanest). Same result - hiss. The problem with SMT is that you can't change or fix anything, so I sent the board back to Kohl's via the News Delivery Service. Other than that, shipping via Kohls was neat, no packaging, no labels. Just bring your product and a QR code that can be viewed on your phone and you're done! This bluetooth amplifier board is a nifty concept, but it has no right to fall back when something isn't working right. This setup worked great but was double the price of the integrated board we tested. If you play music, then this Aideepen 50W+50W TDA7492P 2x50W Dual Channel Amplifier Wireless Digital Bluetooth 4.0 Audio Receiver Amplifier Board (Blue) can meet your needs. One thing I didn't check was the range because I could never get the sound I wanted. Also, the buttons were weird because they were small and if you installed this board in a case you wouldn't have access to them. In this case, all the functions of the buttons worked.
