Extremely poor customer service and questionable product quality. A little over a year later (1 year warranty) the device stopped working. It turned out to be a bad transformer that cost over $100 to replace. I called the manufacturer and they did nothing to help, almost rude. He asked if I could check the transformer. The answer was that an RMA number is required. I need to email the serial number and they will send the number. Emailed over 3 weeks ago and haven't received anything. If a product's warranty period is less than a month, I expect support from the manufacturer. save your money These things just kill the algae that swim when you walk through them. Doesn't affect anything on the shore or the bottom of the pond. There are many methods that are significantly cheaper than this thing to combat algae.
