If I could give zero stars I would. Dear Eheim, There is no excuse for such a pathetic justification for a filter and charging for it. Halftime takes 45 minutes to run after cleaning. The top clamps will not close if not installed properly, causing flooding on the first 3 attempts to start. In 2020 there is no reason for GD not to have an automatic start mechanism on every quality canister filter. That makes the gas station an absolute nightmare when there is none. Not to mention the lack of media drawers and filters makes the exchange awful and messy. I will never buy an eheim product again. You make absolutely crappy products. Buy Hydor, period. Don't waste your time.
