Review on 🚚 Waterproof Daytime Running Lights for Trucks - Universal Fit by Zachary Pete

I bought 3 packs and am very glad I did as only 4 out of 6 strips work. I have to say that all three packages were damaged, I was surprised that the headlights were intact and working. They are very bright, just what I need. I attached them to magnets with glue so I can use them in different positions. I started looking at the defective ones and immediately noticed a big problem. There is a thin metal frame around the lantern that protects it. After taking one of these apart I found that the two wires that supply power are incredibly good and connect to two solder points on the end of the light. When the metal frame is on, they are directly under the frame and cause a short circuit. I pulled out the bezel and both worked great. I found that using a coat of nail polish over these pins solved the problem. They had to insulate the solder joints with something from the frame. Although they work fine now, this is the main thing for me. I bet they make a lot of profit for that lack. If the frames were changed to plastic or electrical tape (or some other insulator) was glued it would be normal across the joint.
