This was my first experience with tablets other than my Kindles. I bought this primarily so I can watch streaming video subscription services from the convenience of my computer. I'm very happy with this tablet and think it's good value for money. Getting started was a breeze and my applications were up and running in no time. I originally gave it 4 stars instead of 5, mainly because the maximum volume is barely enough. That's the only real downside I've found. A minor downside is that the battery life is only listed as 5 hours, but it looks like I'll need to charge to 5 hours. December 2019 - I am updating my rating to 1 star. very disappointed with the poor volume on this tablet. I usually watch movies when the house is quiet and I still can't understand conversations very well. I'm starting to watch movies again on a 4 inch Motorphone instead of a 10 inch TabgoTab because the phone has much better audio and video quality. I found a Bluetooth speaker that helps some, but the tablet just isn't perfect for what I bought it for. And the music? Forget it because the sound quality is terrible. I'm sorry TangoTab. really good performance but the product doesn't suit me. I wish I could return this. I contacted support and they responded with complicated instructions on rebooting or reinstalling the OS. Since the volume was bad from the start, I don't want to go through these tires.
