Just got my order a few minutes ago. Hair was already tangled and a few of the clips were unclipped on the extension piece like someone was wearing it and just took it off then tossed it in the bag. Disappointing because I wear synthetic extensions every day and have never gotten a set in this condition before but whatever, I guess. The color is what I ordered.
- The hair is a bit frayed and hard to brush through but overall im surprised at the quality! Nice
- The color is too shiny and unrealistic
