Review on DeSoto LLC by Tim Ram

I worked at Desoto for over 10 years as an Account Manager. They took care of our payroll needs so we never had to worry about that part of being in charge of employee benefits. There were some great leaders there but overall management was lacking. We didn't have many people trained up from the bottom to be managers or trainers. It was difficult getting new employees hired because they wanted them to start right away instead of training first before moving forward. This is not something you should overlook. Payroll/Benefits administration.
