The ability to be able automate repetitive tasks without having an army or people that can do it for you makes this tool very effective at streamlining our operations with minimal human intervention! I have no complaints about any part other than there could always use more options when creating workflows if we needed them down future paths - but they usually aren't necessary so its not too big deal here either way!! Great solution overall compared what was out before now even better because all manual data entry has been eliminated from customer service center interactions which means less time spent by CSRs helping customers/clients vs waiting around filling forms manually. Streamlined workflow through automated reporting system allowing us access info quicker rather then sifting thru hours worths paperwork per day looking up previous information etc.
