The system is very user friendly and easy to learn. It is also fairly robust, has a lot of potential, and is constantly being improved. The only con, which isn't a major con, is the price. I was looking for a very robust ERP, but with a price tag of less than 50K, and this system fit the bill. I have been a consultant for several years and have been involved with a number of different ERP systems, including some very expensive ones. IMPulse is very easy to use, and the customer service team is great. It is easy to pull up a lot of data, and you can do a lot with the system.
