3 important things to know about this product. 1) it works like a disposable tape roller when used correctly (can only run in one direction depending on bristle texture) and is definitely worth the price of having a reusable pet hair remover in my opinion. 2) The product is difficult to remove from the case/cleaner but this friction causing difficulty in removal seems to clean the device allowing it to be reused. Note. I had to pop the product in and out of the container/cleaner multiple times to actually get it clean enough to use again. 3) The tank/cleaner is difficult to empty because the bottom of the tank/cleaner, where hair collects, is not easy to remove. I still think the reusability of this product is worth the little effort, but I understand why it won't be for everyone.
