Neither the glove nor the brush pick up a lot of hair. Very disappointed

My dogs shed about 1 2 inches of long fine hair. dog, but little remains in my palm. Then I tried the brush to collect any hair that had fallen onto my cotton t-shirt after the glove. Although the hair was very loose, the brush only combed it into my shirt and took almost nothing at all. Material on the brush is rough on one side and smooth on the other. Difficult to remove from case/cleaner. But that seems to be part of the design.

3 important things to know about this product. 1) it works like a disposable tape roller when used correctly (can only run in one direction depending on bristle texture) and is definitely worth the price of having a reusable pet hair remover in my opinion. 2) The product is difficult to remove from the case/cleaner but this friction causing difficulty in removal seems to clean the device allowing it to be reused. Note. I had to pop the product in and out of the container/cleaner multiple times…
