Too bad it's not prime but it was delivered quickly and correctly. Two things to know: 1) Read the FAQ on eyeconlock.com/support (scroll down - these folks have taken "mobile first" to sad extremes) BEFORE you buy, and then again with the device in hand when you set it up. , since this thing has serious design features. 2) Don't rely on remote management. You can change something on the server, but the device won't receive your changes until someone visits and wakes it up. This seems like a pretty big downside to me, so the overall rating is average. Overall it's like an unfinished and rushed MVP that can get better with time if the company doesn't change or die. The device owner should also hope that the NU set remains the same, since a significant number of device functions depend on cloud services managed by the company. Documentation also seems very sparse, which is great when the product is basic, but it's not that obvious.
