Bought these sheets as a gift for my mom last spring. I bought her a set of Laura Ashley Saltwater quilts with pillowcases. And a Brompton duvet from my aunt's Laura Ashley collection and matching pillows. I was looking for sheets that would match these two quilts. These are very beautiful quilts and very high quality, but for some reason I couldn't find the right shade of blue. Or the right green sage. Even the tan quilts and the turquoise didn't go well together. I didn't want to go with plain white. I knew they would fit, but I was dying to remodel my mom's bedroom for her 80th birthday. When people live on a fixed income, a lot changes. It's been 15 years since she didn't have a matching quilt, comforter, throw, skirt, sheet, pillow and small accessories. At first I hesitated when I saw the leaves. The first thing that struck me was that the patterns on the bedspread and the turquoise coral on the sheet were the same. When I finished taking screenshots for color comparison, the shade of blue was perfecto. Could not be better. Of course my mother loved her. By the way, they are all Cotton People. Extremely reasonable for cotton fabrics these days and look absolutely amazingly cute!
