Great tool when using with an applicant tracking system

I like how it can be used for both internal and external candidates. It's easy to set up, and it allows me to see where my candidates are coming from. It also has a good search function that makes finding a candidate quick and easy. I dislike that it sometimes takes a while to load up after I've made changes. Sometimes it will take a few minutes before I'm able to log back into the site.
Use this software if you're looking for a way to keep track of your applicants. This software helps us keep track of our applicants by allowing us to see who they are applying to. We have found that we are able to use this software to send out emails to our applicants as well.

Pros

Easy access when searching through applicant information in order find what info is needed most easily without much effort or time spent sorting thru documents etc..Easy ability with emailing potential employees directly via their profile page within recruiter platform instead having them fill paperwork first then mail off resume/cover letter / job application at later date which saves lots more paper work plus faster turnaround times..also easier than filling form online using wordpress website..just one click sends all
