Review on Intel Core i3-10100 Desktop Processor | 4 Cores up to 4.3 GHz | LGA1200 (Intel 400 Series Chipset) | 65W | Model: BX8070110100 by Alvin Ng ᠌

It's not a good product, it's a pity that I spent money on it.

The processor is outdated, its progenitor comes from 2022 (the Sandy Bridge generation), but competitors have gone further. This processor is only suitable as a temporary solution for undemanding entry-level video cards GTX 2060, RX 5600, etc. Given the release of the PS5 game console (on board which is an 8-core processor of the ryzen 3700 level, and games are made for consoles). The I3 10100F processor has no prospects at all. Therefore, I do not recommend buying it. There are better processors on the market in terms of price / performance ratio.

Pros
  • Low price (relatively)
Cons
  • Weak gaming performance The presence of only 4 physical cores Outdated tech. 14 nm process The high cost of motherboards for it and the frequent change of sockets. No overclock (locked multiplier)
