Swish, Swish good for oral care
I don't know if it really works or if it's psychosomatic but I love it! I've been using this for about 4 weeks. I felt like I spent MUCH less time in the dentist's chair for a cleaning last week and I really feel like my teeth are looking whiter and my gums are healthier. I can only do this for about 10 minutes, but that seems to be enough. The consistency is a bit strange, but you get used to it quickly and I don't care about the taste at all.
