I love this knife and so does everyone who I have showed it to. If you collect beautiful knives, this one will be a nice one to add to your collection. If you want to use it in the kitchen or in self-defense, it will work well for that, too. My only criticism is that the bevel is uneven, and this causes it is to be sharper in some parts than in others.The sheath is nice, too. It is a loose fit for the blade, but it should be secure as long as it is snapped shut. If you intend to use this knife for self-defense, the loose fit will enable you to smoothly and quickly unsheath it when needed.I live in a knife-lovers paradise where people can carry anything from a pocket knife to a Roman sword. I am looking forward to carrying it and to showing it off to my fellow knife-lovers.
