I like that it is easy for people who are not technical or computer savvy, as well as those with limited time/resources in order to learn how this software works. It's very user friendly - you don't need any training at all before getting started using our system; there isn’t anything complicated about setting up your account so anyone can use it without issue (or even needing help). The only thing we dislike sometimes when working through some of their tutorials which could be made more clear would be if they had videos showing what each step looks like after clicking next etc., instead having text explaining things makes them hard to follow along unless someone has already used similar programs previously. We have been able to easily get data from customers into reports within minutes rather than hours/days otherwise required manually entering information via excel spreadsheets.
