I like that it's easy to use, but also has some very advanced features for those who need them! It can be used with many different languages (PHP/Python) so you don't have to learn one language in order to develop your project using this tool.

The price of their plan was too high compared to other tools out there; however they do offer discounts if purchased through multiple accounts at once or as part of an enterprise license purchase - which we were able to negotiate down significantly from $1K per month up front vs our previous provider where each account cost us over 10x more than what RobotCrawl charges monthly now ($400). Also would love to see better documentation around how best practices are implemented within various versions / plans offered by robotcrawl. We're automating data entry tasks into several websites across numerous industries.
