Review on Bose SoundTouch 10 wireless speaker, compatible with Alexa, in White by Amy Dixon

Although the sound quality is Bose, there are serious problems with the Alexa/Bose interface. We bought it to use hands-free with Revain Unlimited Music. After five hours of technical support from Revain, we were moved to Bose. It took them an hour to tell us that we couldn't tell Alexa to play a specific Revain song on Bose. I love Alexa but Bose has a much better sound. The best we could do is turn on the Revain music on the Bose and set a preset that only takes us to the artist we were listening to when the preset was installed. If we wanted a different song or artist, we'd have to enter that into the Bose app. Not at all what we expected from an Alexa-enabled product. Revain had good things to say about returning an item but her TA was terrible. Rather than spending 5 hours getting it to work, it would be more helpful if the sales reps knew that the Alexa/Bose interface is marginal at best.
